We have decades of experience in corporate America--where our skills have ensured that services and operations ran smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with policies and regulations.  Today, we offer the same expertise and skills to small and mid-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals.  Our goal is to provide reliable support and manage your professional affairs with excellence. 

Founder Irene Stokes

Irene has extensive experience as a Project Coordinator, Personal Assistant, and an Executive Assistant in the Financial Sector and Payments industry.  She has directly supported a Vice Chairman, a CEO, and numerous other Senior Executives for one of the world's largest international banks.  She has held close-working relationships with C-Level Executives of internal management, senior management with external firms, US government and international diplomats, and high-profile clients.  Irene has managed various projects throughout her corporate career.  


Her professional background also includes business development and client support, with a personal passion for wellness and helping others improve their quality of life. 


In addition, Irene brings hands-on experience in small business ownership and property management, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the challenges busy professionals face.


As the Founder of Platinum Pro Assist, Irene now leverages this diverse background to provide dependable support services tailored to the needs of businesses and individuals.

Co-Founder Steve MacDiarmid

Steve is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the information and telecommunications sectors, where he built a reputation for strong leadership and strategic growth. He has held senior management roles across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Latin America, consistently driving efficiency and performance. With a bi-cultural background (Germany and USA) and fluency in both English and German, Steve is highly effective in diverse business environments.


In addition to his corporate leadership, Steve brings practical expertise in technology and home systems support. His knowledge of smart home electronics, audio-video solutions, and everyday tech setup allows him to assist clients with reliable and user-friendly solutions that make managing modern technology simple and stress-free.
